The Department of Dermatology is localized between the Old Pharmacy and the Department of Pulmonology. After designation of the construction area, works started in early 2007. Pictures show different stages of construction. The building was financed by German institutions Hilfswerk Deutscher Zahnärzte and Centrum für internationale Migration und Entwicklung (CIM).
In 2005, a small dermatological consultation was opened under supervision of Prof. Mey Sithach, consisting of just one room, offering very few diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities.
